My best friend Joanlisi

My best friend Joanlisi designed a goggle drawing for me and wrote a few things to me and I really appreciate this because its sweet and is lovely. Both photos I remember taking them while we were doing reading. (Sorry Miss Misela). I just want to say thank you Joanlisi for making this with me I really enjoy talking with you online. You are very kind to me and I am grateful. I hope that you make a lot of friends during the year.

How do you weave flax?

This week we have been reading a book called "Operation Flax". Yesterday our reading group had to create  our own flax. We had brown paper and some scissors. The first thing we had to do was cut some strips but leave a little gap. Then we had to cut it out again on another paper, then we started going inside outside inside outside as if we were plaiting it but we weren't. Some of us have already finished doing this but to be sure I wasn't.

My Thanks To St Kents

St Kents....
Thanks to St Kents for letting us go to your school and thanks for letting us do sport with you. I hope that you have enjoyed playing games with us and I hope all of our students have enjoyed doing that as well. There were a lot of games that I learned. But I think that most of the games were about team work. My favourite game that we played at St Kents was spider.

Is it called science?

Our teacher has started doing science experiment. We all enjoyed it. What did we do? Well we cut two lemons in half then we poured water in a measuring cup. After that we put all four lemon pieces into the measuring cup but before that our class had a vote, and the vote was "Do you think the lemon would float?". We put all pieces into the measuring cup. The whole class was so surprised that it actually floated. After that we took all the lemon pieces out and cut them smaller and put them into the measuring cup and it floated. We finished it off at the end of the day and our teacher said "Lets see if the lemon will float in the morning."
